Why I Trade One Strategy Per Match

When it comes to trading on Betfair we all know that keeping our minds is one of the keys to trading. I get asked this question a lot about trading on Betfair.

‘I have 3 strategies and my game qualifies for them all, what do I do?’ That’s why I decided to do this video to explain why I only trade one strategy per match and how I go about picking the games.

For me the reason is:

Exposure: I want to limit the exposure to the markets, I know that the strategies work and are profitable but the impact a losing trade could have would hurt.

Mental focus: I want to have one focus when trading not have multiple things happening.

How do I do it:

Rate: I go through the trades and pick what I think is the strongest trade.
Assess: Whether my ideas and criteria were right or was I wide of the mark.
Lowest Risk / Highest Probability: Yes, I know what value is. I look for the best value and focus there.
