Muchova 2-0. most recent July 2020, clay, exhibition during Covid, 3 sets. She won on clay in 2019, 3 sets. Clay win %’s are a little better for Swiatek.
Swiatek won the title last season. She has not lost a set. She needed a tie break in the 2nd set with Haddad Maia in the last round. Q finals in Rome. Final in Madrid and took the title in Stuttgart.
Muchova reached the 3rd round last season. She has dropped just 2 sets with one being in an amazing semi final with Sabalenka. 4th round in Rome.
12 month clay stats all favour Swiatek.
We can Lay Swiatek either at the start or wait for 1.10 and remove liab at 1.35. Back Swiatek around 1.70. Muchova beat Swiatek before Swiatek reached the top of the sport. If Swiatek is not quite at her best, Muchova can cause her some problems and the possibility of an upset is real.
I started on this match but when it looked to be one sided, I move to a Challenger. I moved back to the Final when Muchova seemed to wake up.
