REVEALED: In-Play Betting Strategy… +£23 (in 30 Seconds)
In-Play betting strategies aren’t usually my area of expertise. But in a split-second I was offered up a great in-play opportunity that couldn’t be ignored… This clip is the story of how it went!
The underlying strategy used was backing-to-lay, fully explained here: https://caanberry.com/back-to-lay-tips/
If you have ever been caught out by a rule 4 reduction when backing a horse before the start of the race, and laying it off in-running it’s likely you may have been stung.
This in-play betting clip is showing you how to exploit that very situation. It was accidental that I happened to be recording the screen, but it just how things change fast!
So, why did this make a good in-play betting strategy?
The surprise withdrawal and lack of competition for pace was a good combination. Having knowledge of how this would turn out was a real advantage – allowing me to anticipate a shock move and grab some value in the process. The value came as the market turned in-play, the advantage was mainly through speed and time.
In-play betting tips:
– Don’t bet in-play unless you have a distinct advantage (like this clip)
– Remember time is an advantage, live coverage is an advantage
– Be careful with withdrawn runner and betting pre-race
If you’re unsure as to any of the points raised, see this clip in full. For many I’m sure it’ll be a real eye-opener!
