Betfair trading and financial markets interview – Peter Webb – BetAngel software
While sorting out the office this week I stumbled across a DVD I thought I had lost. It was talking about Betfair trading and sports trading markets. It was from an interview I did in 2007 when my trading strategy was different!
Thankfully it was still in a readable state so I extracted the video and re-rendered it.
The video resolution was low back then and the sound not great, iPhones hadn’t even been launched. But it’s still OK if a bit tiny by modern video standards.
I was still writing for shares magazine at the time so it’s approaching things from a financial markets strategies style angle but it still gives you a deeper insight into my thinking at the time. I was talking about how the markets were more like trading than betting markets.
