The Gambling commission currently has a consultation out on problem gambling and affordability limits for individual who want to bet remotely.

In this video, I’ve given a range of views on what I see in the industry and my experience of what happens if you over-regulate.

The world is changing also, so any regulation really needs to reflect that and a number of items in place on exchanges are already ahead of the curve in that respect.
